Do you have an office space, craft room, or maybe even a child’s room that needs a pop of color and functionality? Well there is a cheap way to do this! For less than $20.00 you can make a cute push pin board. While I was away my husband worked hard on creating an awesome craft space for me!!! (How sweet is he?!) He did all the hard work and when I got home I just had to organize all my supplies and add a few extras to finish the space. (I’ll show off this space on a later blog.) While this made my craft area way less chaotic I still wanted to add some color. The room is in the unfinished side of the basement. So this little project was a perfect fix to cover some wall space. I went to Home Depot and had them cut a 4 x 8 ($10.00) piece of foam board. Mostly because I needed it to fit in my car! I knew I was going to have a bit of a problem getting it in the back seat, but the board has a little flex and these two nice older gentlemen helped me give the board a push. Don’t flex it too much it will break. After this all you need some fabric (about 2 yards for my project) and a staple gun. Cut the fabric, pull it over the edges, and staple it. There it is! A one of a kind push pin memo board! If you wanted to get extra fancy you could even add molding around it for a fun framed board. Thanks for reading all.
Stay Sweet, Amanda Lauren
